DOPE coconut crusted nuts with a serotonin filled buttery centre

Enjoy by the handful or blend them up into sweet butters…bursting with the amino acids Tyrosine and Tryptophan, you can be sure you are increasing your dopamine and serotonin levels with every bite!

Soaking nuts changes the game… from basically a hard to digest food to a buttery explosion of flavour. Soaking wakens them up, brings them alive literally. With any real, fresh food – eat within a couple of days as they are perishable. Soak in small quantities and enjoy with a coconut glaze and a sprinkle of the good salt!

Soaking nuts works to break down irritating compounds so you can actually digest them while preserving the beneficial fats and proteins.

Many traditional cultures prepared these nuts using seawater and the sun, passing this knowledge down through generations.

Soaking profoundly increases the bioavailability of important nutrients (notably the treasured B vitamins) and activates helpful enzymes that increase nutrient absorption!

Choose from a mixture of raw nuts:

Almonds                     Pine nuts.       Cashews         Walnuts

Pumpkin seeds.        Hazelnuts         Sunflower seeds.    Pistachios

Soak for up to two hours in clean, filtered water, add a teaspoon of good solar dried salt such as Celtic salt or Premier Pink salt. Drain and lay out in a single layer, pat dry.

These nutrient dense nuts, now swollen from being soaked are much more filling than left in their dry, hard state. Buttery, tasty, super healthy and soooo easy to digest.

For a delicious treat…

After soaking and drying toss lightly in coconut oil, lay in a single layer on a baking tray, sprinkle with rosemary or other herb as desired and toast on a low heat – 140 degrees fan/160 regular for just 5-10 minutes.

ENJOY THE LIGHTLY TOASTED DELICIOUS CRUNCH WITH AN ENZYME PACKED, BUTTERY CENTRE!
